All orders, once processed will be delivered within 3-5 working days. All deliveries require a signature so please ensure that there is someone available to provide one.

Our delivery charges are based on weight, we do however try to send all packages using the most cost effective method. The maximum charge for delivery is £16.00 plus VAT. Currently however, all orders over £250.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK addresses.

For delivery to northern Scotland (post code areas AB, IV, KW, PA and PH), and the Channel Island, Northern Ireland, Isle of Mann and other off shore areas, packing and delivery charges are at cost. Please ask for a quotation when placing the order’

We deliver to the UK and Ireland and have also delivered internationally, this can be arranged by prior arrangement. If this is something you are interested in please email the details to orders@youthsportdirect.org.

We use Business Post and The Royal Mail for deliveries, all of which are made during business hours.

If for some reason we are unable to deliver your goods we will inform you immediately and keep you informed as to when to expect these. In the event of any goods being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified to us and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

 Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to sign for a delivery, a card will be left notifying you of your nearest Business Post Centre where you will be able to collect your order. If your order has not been collected within five days, the items will be returned to our warehouse for re-stocking. Any money paid will be refunded and if you still require the goods you will be required to re-order them. Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded.

 Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer a full money back guarantee. You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order, simply fill in the details below and we will provide you with a returns note as well as the address to which return your unwanted items. All items must be in their original packaging. You will have to pay the return cost of postage or a collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Youth Sport Direct and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it;

• Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after delivery via email, fax or in writing. Alternatively complete in the form below.

• Return the products as well as the returns document to us in its original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.

• All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

• We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with a minomum insurance paid.

• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
