These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or by telephone with Youth Sport Direct. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction via secure server or by telephone and fax. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 15%. To calculate the tax free value of the goods divide the price shown by 1.15.

Delivery

All orders, once processed will be delivered within 3-5 working days. All deliveries do require a signature so please ensure that there is someone available to provide one.

Our delivery charges are based on weight, we do however try to send all packages using the most cost effective way. The maximum charge for delivery is £16.00. Currently however, all orders over £250.00 will be delivered free of charge.

We deliver to the UK and Ireland. We have also been known to deliver internationally, this can be done by prior arrangement. If this is something you are interested in please email the details to ystdirect@youthsporttrust.org

We use Business Post and The Royal Mail for deliveries, all of which are made during business hours.

If for some reason we are unable to deliver your goods we will inform you immediately and keep you informed as to when to expect these. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to sign for a delivery, a card will be left notifying you of your nearest Business Post Centre where you will be able to collect your order. If your order has not been collected within five days, the items will be returned to our warehouse for re-stocking. Any money paid will be refunded and if you still require the goods you will need to re-order them. Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we offer a full money back guarantee. You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order, simply fill in the details below and we will provide you with a returns label as well as the address to which you return your unwanted items, in their original packaging. You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.

Additional Information:

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Youth Sport Direct and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it;

• Please contact us within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day via email, fax or in writing. Alternatively fill in the form below.

• Return the products as well as the returns document to us in its original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.

• All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

• We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.

• If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

• Full returns address with telephone number and email address.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Youth Sport Direct until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Comments & Complaints

We will reply within five working days of receipt.

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.

The type of information that we will collect will include - Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.

We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. We may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes by email, phone or mail. You can opt out of this at any time, either by writing or emailing us.

Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.

In addition to the Information that you supply to us, information and data may be automatically collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files stored within your web browser from our website. Cookies do not collect personal information about you nor do they allow us to access your computer in any way. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 .
