To support children in the early years, Youth Sport Trust have carefully designed Healthy Movers. This fantastic resource will help early year’s practitioners to engage children and their families in fun and effective physical activity. The Healthy Movers Toolkit has been devised to provide weeks of physical activity ideas to support the development of the whole child. The resource includes ways to support the thinking, social, health, physical and creative abilities of all children. Youth Sport Trust have developed Healthy Movers to complement the EYFS framework and its four guiding principles.
We have teamed up with popular children’s show ‘PJ Masks’ to produce an engaging pack of resources for parents and children aged 2-5. Follow the show’s favourite characters Catboy, Owlette and Ghekko work through different activities to develop physical and emotional wellbeing to become ‘school ready’.
